Also, if we are not available for any reason when you want to drop your computer in, we are more than happy to come and pick it up the same day. We will also drop it off once fixed. All of this because we don't want to cause you even more frustration... Your computer already took care of that part. To top everything up, we have fixed rates in place for the most common problems.
